
going old school!
We had a great work out this last Saturday. We figured since the adults were doing their Donkey Kong WOD at Harbor Steps that weekend, the King’s Kids should get into their own monkey business
We started by doing some monkey inspired stretches… “monkey mobility.”
The skill work involved hanging out… literally. We learned how to do some movements like Hollows and Toes 2 Bar or Toes through Rings.
The WOD was a mini version of Donkey Kong WOD which we called Kid Kong.

We ended the day with a little friendly competition… team prowler pushes. Tons of fun and we even beat the rain! Stay tuned for our next WOD!
